Denny Keiser was a total GODSEND! The week before Thanksgiving in November of 2024, I was home alone and a fire started in the motor of our dryer. Despite my attempts to put it out, the fire spread and my dog and I had to evacuate. Our entire finished basement was demolished. In the spring of 2020 I had a large limb fall on the front section of the house during a storm.
